2025 is proving to be a pivotal year for ACHM Hotels by Marriott. With new openings, renovations and projects underway, the company is strengthening its position as a leading hotel manager in Southern Europe.

We start September with renewed energy and the satisfaction of looking back on all that has been achieved in 2025.
It has been a year full of milestones that consolidate ACHM Hotels by Marriott as the leading hotel manager in Southern Europe, reflecting the joint efforts of all the teams and the commitment to excellence that characterizes the company.
A year of new openings and growth
During these months we have welcomed such exciting projects as Grand Hotel Centenari, Autograph Collection and AC Hotel Cartagena, as well as two new additions under the Moxy Hotels brand in Pompeii and Verona.
The last one, Moxy Verona, represents a particularly significant milestone as it is the only Marriott International hotel in the city, reinforcing the group’s presence in Italy and its international expansion.

Renovations that are committed to excellence
In parallel, ACHM Hotels by Marriott has reaffirmed its commitment to excellence and innovation through several renovations within the AC Hotels by Marriott brand.
These include the complete transformation of the AC Hotel Ciudad de Sevilla, along with the improvements implemented at AC Hotel Atocha, AC Hotel La Finca and AC Hotel Madrid Feria.
These projects reflect the continuous commitment to offer renovated, comfortable spaces adapted to the needs of today’s travelers.
