ACHM Hotels by Marriott strengthens its international leadership with RevPAR growth forecasts of 9.6% this summer, driven by international demand and the rise of experiential and luxury tourism.
ACHM Hotels by Marriott, one of Spain’s leading hotel management companies, approaches the summer season with very positive occupancy and growth forecasts, consolidating its position as a benchmark in the premium and experiential hospitality sector in both the domestic and international markets.
During the first four months of the year, the company has recorded significant growth in international customers, particularly from the United States. This trend reinforces Spain’s positioning as a priority destination for this type of traveler.

Driving force of Marriott International’s global ecosystem
ACHM Hotels by Marriott’s ability to capture international demand has been strengthened by Marriott International’s global commercial and loyalty ecosystem.
This system has helped increase the presence of travelers from key markets such as the United States, China, the United Kingdom, and Germany, driving both growth in direct bookings and the positioning of the company’s managed assets in high-value international destinations.
RevPAR growth forecast
In this context, ACHM Hotels by Marriott expects RevPAR growth of 9.6% during the months of June, July, and August.
This increase is primarily driven by higher ADR (average daily rate), reflecting the strength of international demand and the strong performance of the premium segment.
The best-performing regions are expected to be southern Spain, the Levante, and the Balearic Islands, three key areas in the company’s tourism portfolio.

Experiential tourism and the expanding luxury segment
Forecasts confirm a particularly dynamic summer in coastal destinations, where experiential tourism and the luxury segment continue to gain importance.
A standout example is Grand Hotel Las Dunas, Autograph Collection, which is experiencing its first summer under the management of ACHM Hotels by Marriott and is leading bookings linked to wellness experiences and premium international tourism.
“We are observing very strong demand from high-end international travelers, especially in the wellness and experiential luxury segment. Today’s guest seeks much more than accommodation: they prioritize privacy, well-being, gastronomy, personalized service, and authentic destination-based experiences,” said Marco Schiralli, hotel director.

Consolidation of the premium management model
With these forecasts, ACHM Hotels by Marriott reaffirms its commitment to a model based on operational excellence, experiential value, and the management of high-quality hotel assets.
The company continues to strengthen its international positioning at a key moment to consolidate Spain, Italy, and Portugal as highly competitive and attractive tourism destinations.
The expected growth this summer reinforces the upward trend in international tourism and the premium segment, two core pillars of ACHM Hotels by Marriott’s expansion strategy.
